Merikay Peterson Guhring, President
Merikay Peterson Guhring was raised in the family business, but did not become officially involved until 2002. Prior to her day to day service as President of Golden State Phone and Wireless, Merikay was a junior high school math teacher for the Orcutt School District, in Santa Maria, California. She still enjoys tutoring children in math to keep her skills honed. Looking back over her career it is interesting to note that although she never planned on this path, she has been training for it her entire life. Her business degree from California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo proves testament to this. It is not surprising that she has taken so well to the challenging life as President of Golden State Phone and Wireless, and is leading the company confidently into new and exciting adventures.

G.W. (Bill) Peterson, Chairman of the Board
Bill Peterson has been involved in the family business for as long as he can remember, starting out with cleaning the office or assisting his father G.B. Peterson, the founder of the company, on installations as a young boy. After Bill returned from active duty in Vietnam, he joined the business working side by side with his father G.B. Peterson, his brother-in-law J.F. Guhring, and
in recent years, his sister Merikay Peterson Guhring. Bill has certainly seen
the growth of the company progress and has always kept a keen eye over
the books, and promoted Golden State Phone and Wireless in every conversation he has with his many friends and acquaintances.

Randall (Randy) Tognazzini, Board of Directors
Randy currently serves on the Board of Directors, and as a business
consultant to Phone and Wireless. During a transitional period of 20 months, he participated in the day to day operations of the company as General Manager. Randy has been president of five companies during his career.
In the last few assignments, his position was designed to implement a turn-around in companies that were in need of change. Through designing a team of associates to handle change, these companies became quite successful. Randy has always been a hands on manager with a goal to make the employees of the company successful and proud of their accomplishments.
The end results were successful organizations. Randy's career spans 45 years.
